Terms and Conditions
Using This Website
This website belongs to Flooring Baytown, a flooring company working in homes in and around Baytown, Texas. It exists to explain the floors we install and how we work. By reading or using any page here, you agree to the terms below. If you would rather not agree, please stop using the site.
The Information Here Is General
Our pages describe materials such as hardwood, luxury vinyl plank, tile and carpet, along with how installation usually goes. Every room is different. The condition of the subfloor, moisture and layout can change what is right for your home, so nothing on this site replaces a look at the actual floor.
We also share general guidance on documenting floor damage and how insurance claims tend to work. That guidance is not legal, financial or insurance advice. We are not your adjuster, and we cannot promise what a policy will cover. Your insurer and your policy decide that.
Quotes and Work Are Arranged Directly
You cannot buy, order or schedule anything through this website. Pricing, scope and timing are worked out with you after we talk and see the space. The details we agree on at that point are what govern the job, not anything written on these pages.
Contacting Us by Phone
The phone is the only way to reach us, at (346) 594-6597. When you call, share only what you are comfortable sharing. Anything you tell us about your home or a claim is used to answer your questions and plan the work you ask about.
Our Words and Images
The text, layout and images on this site belong to Flooring Baytown or are used with permission. You are welcome to read and share links to our pages. Please do not copy the content for another business or republish it as your own.
Limits of Responsibility
We take care to keep this site accurate, but it is offered as it is, without promises that every detail is current or error free. To the extent Texas law allows, we are not responsible for losses that come from relying on the site alone. Before making decisions about your floors or a claim, speak with us and with your insurer.
Changes and Governing Law
We may revise these terms from time to time, and the version posted here is the one that applies. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
